Project Description

Writing about food is one of my favourite creative outlets, so it was brilliant to be commissioned with a review of Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s River Cottage Canteen in Abbey Gardens, which ran in Hampshire’s Etc Magazine.

At the time, the restaurant had just opened, so I was lucky to secure a sneaky peak and interview the head chef about his vision while sampling some delicious dishes.
